Proof of Insurance

The vendor is responsible for any issues that may occur from the products being sold and/or incidents in your designated booth location. We expect that all food vendors will have their own insurance to cover these liabilities.

Vendors insurance certificates must contain these items.

o   Company/Vendor Name
o   Additional Insured Checkbox
o   Policy dates match our Homecoming Celebration dates
o   Stipulates that the policy is for our festival showing our legal name -
Nicodemus Homecoming Emancipation Celebration
o   Contains an Indemnification Agreement

Please be advised that food and beverage vendors will be required to attach proof of insurance to the vendor request form at the time of submission.
